Unfortunately, the color wasn't accurately depicted in the picture. According to the picture, the hair extensions should've been a perfect match. The "chocolate brown" color has a serious reddish tint to them.
My natural hair color is a medium brown, but putting the extensions next to my natural hair was a very drastic difference. I spent quite some time having to color match them, even had to dye my natural hair to color match.
I didn't choose the next color up (dark brown) because the picture was very dark and labeled as a "2" being very close to black. ( my sister ordered hers in dark brown, very beautiful color no reddish tint. Very rich) But I did not want to risk them being too dark, I knew I didn't want to commit to a darker hair color for my natural hair. I also did not want to choose a lighter color, because it looked much too light and didn't want to get involved with bleaching.
I chose not to return, because I was pressed on time and didn't have time to research another company. Also didn't want to risk going though another company, and compromise the quality of the extensions and possibly go though a similar ordeal with color matching with even less time.
Overall satisfied, I just wish I didn't have to go through the color matching process.

“I needed extensions for my wedding and I needed them quickly. I originally ordered the chocolate brown but it was too orangish tint for me, so I emailed them a pic of my hair and they recommended moccachino brown. I was able to re-send my extensions and receive the new ones within a week just in time for my wedding. All my friends loved them, they look and feel just like my hair!”
