“I purchased the express international delivery which took 2 weeks to even arrive in the UK, and then it was taken by customs for another 2 weeks and I had to pay another 60gbp. All in all it took a month for delivery. Firstly, I think the "Express Delivery" was not as advertised as it took 2 weeks to reach the UK, secondly I had no idea that the hair would be subject to additional taxes through customs. This is surely a common occurrence with your products sent to the UK, please make this clear for people purchasing. If I had known the length of time for delivery and additional costs, I would certainly not have bought it. I'm very disappointed because I thought you were supposed to be the best. i have seen many reviews on Bellami that says wonderful things but honestly, I was planning to do my own cz I didn't get what I've expected:
1- the hair is obviously glued somehow with other hair cz it obviously has stuff hanging inside the hair wefts and I've spent almost 3 hours to clean this up!
2- I also found strings between the hair that are not supposed to be there, I think the product should be quality controlled before being sent to be sold!
3- the hair wefts I've got are not like they say they are in the reviews, thick top to bottom...instead they go really thin at the ends which is annoying cz you get useless thickness in ur hair on the top and not enough at the end!
4- the set I've got looks like it's used many times before being packed, and it doesn't look like it's brand new, it looks so tired and damaged!
5- the only gd point I noticed was that the colour matched well and that it blends well into my hair but that doesn't make the product too special to order it from the US, wait for it and get it all the way to Lebanon.
Honestly, i thought I'm buying something special but we have hair extensions here and I ordered 3 sets from bellami before getting the chance to try my first 24 inch magnifica set, cz I'm actually shipping the product with my cousins.. so, I only had the chance to see them after buying the other sets (which I bought for my sisters), which is on May 9th, but anyway, I was hoping to get a better product and I didn't get what I've expected, I was really excited to use them but I'm really disappointed now!

“Recently bought my Bellami extensions and was SO excited to get these. When initially I got these extensions I had to purchase a light shade to dye darker since every time for months that I tried to order my shade in the length I wanted they were out of stock. I had them dyed by a professional (the advice I took from one of the side chat gals), and they immediately became coarse and lost any kind of shine and integrity they had upon original purchase. My stylist was INCREDIBLY gentle with these and they were conditioned and rinsed, and they still became an awful mess. Needless to say I am devastated after paying so much money for these and taking the advice of a worker from the site only to have it turn out horridly. I do realize that dying the extensions are at my own expense, and I did use the test strip first, and that came out fine. Overall the extensions are beautiful and lovely but DONT DYE THEM.”
“At first I was really loving my bellami extensions and was over all happy with them but I've only worn them once and used minimum heat on them and can already see just from that they will not last as long as I hoped for but the color and length I love except when there straighten it's very thin at the bottom which I don't like but I will continue with bellami if I ever purchase more!”
