“They were okay. I order the 240 grams I didn’t not like them that much super thin I’d buy the 260 and up grams next time. If you have thick hair don’t buy these. I recommend these on thin hair.”
“Hair came extremely tangled, and dirty. Had to wash and soak in conditioner before being able to brush out. First purchase I’ve ever had come messed up..”

Hey! Just want to start this by saying I’ve had great experiences in the past with your company. This is my third extension purchase. I’m a licensed hair stylist and I’ve colored my own extensions for myself and for at least dozen other people. Never had this experience I ordered your magnifica 240g in dirty blonde. I washed the extensions for the first time today and the extensions I received shed more than I’ve ever seen. Even from brands I deem lesser quality than yours. The hair felt so gummy, like if I bleached a client for too long. I have pictures of all my brushes full of hair, clumps/balls of hair I pulled from the extensions. I just stopped brushing them scared to loose more. Send me an email and I can respond with pictures with time stamps. I would like to handle this with you directly. Thank you
That was 3 days ago. The full story is that I bought a this set to color them copper for myself. To repeat I am a licensed cosmetologist for years, not straight out of beauty school. I colored the set and as I washed them for the first time they shed and then when I brushed them I lost tons of hair FROM BREAKAGE. With professional color and products and gentle brushes. I took photos of the first wash. Today was the second and I’m in tears. I can’t wear these extensions. The hair feels gummy and stretchy when wet. You’re literally able to tear the extension with your own hands. I’m appalled and extremely disappointed. Excuse the rambling in the video of myself talking, I’m just so so so distraught. Lost money for color and lost money for the hair. Absolute trash”
