“I emailed bellami about a month ago regarding my hair getting extremely matted and at first they didn't shed and now they shed more than ever and looked at more girls you send free hair too and one said she dyed them and it stopped so I tried a light brown and it's worse the point is you said you would send me complimentary gifts to fix my matted hair and I never got the "confirmation email" I am very disappointed with the $300 I spent”
