“I ordered the Dirty Blondes and they were some kind of strange pink/peach color. I just got more and more confused the more I looked at them, it was not a subtle or natural tone.
I live in Iceland so shipping them back and getting a new set is a very expensive option so I dyed them and managed to get a color pretty similar to my hair. The hair got a bit damaged in the process.
I did keep one lock in the original color”
“I ordered about 4 clip in sets from them over the last 4 years (replace once a year) and this time the dirty blonde (18) color was dramatically different. Looked like a light strawberry blonde. I don’t dye my natural hair and use clarifier every now and then so my color doesn’t shift much due to product. This is the only time I really have been dissapointed because I was supposed to be wearing my clip ins for my birthday. The process of returning took so long, I wasn’t able to order a new set in time.”
“I ordered the same pair of hair extensions three years ago and I have to say they have really improved. The hair is super shiny and smooth and the extensions loose a lot less hair than the first pair did at the start. Absoluletly love them. They’ve also only raised their price by like $5 since my last order a few years ago. Hair colour is the best match I’ve ever been able to find for my naturally blonde hair colour”
“I usually get the clip-ins and use them with keratin and last up to six months until refill and they never get nappy! Great hair quality and they blend in perfectly! I had a delay a order and they upgraded my order for the seamless clip on and of course I fell in love with them. One thing is that when I got the 6 in 1 tool set and it never worked. The handle wound heat up.”
“Unfortunately I did not notice the void sticker on the package before opening but I ordered dirty blond and ended up with another shade of blonde that had a pink tint to it. I heard a lot of good things with this brand but im very disappointed in what I recieved.”
