“I would like either a refund or a brand new set of extensions sent to me. I have had these for not even 2 months and they mat together after 20 minutes of wear. This is my 5th time to order extensions from your company, and I am extremely disappointed. I’ve purchased your extension hair care line as well as the proper storage for them, my sister is a hair stylist and helps me ensure I’m purchasing all the necessities to keep my extensions in proper shape. These are stated to be 100% rent human hair. However, I have found hot pink and purple synthetic pieces of hair throughout these. Which, can only lead me to believe these are a blend.”

I spend 500$ on this hair so my expectations were high with packaging and thought maybe they would throw in something extra like some where to hold extensions or a brush. Disappointed with how much I spend I wish I can take them back but coloured them Already”
“The color match is perfect. The wefts are very thick and secured (not a lot of hair loss when brushing). All the pieces fit into my head decreetly (even having medium length hair thats on the thinner side). I have to say the extensions do get poofy/frizzy easily when applying heat- but I am sure if you buy some kind of extension treatment for the hair it will go back to being more silky. Overall great extensions! This is my second purchase with Bellami! Love all the compliments I get on my hair!”
