I tried to tone my clip ins with platinum blonde brilliance toner for 5 minutes and they went gray. definitely let down, will stay with luxy hair.”
“I need to return the hair extensions. They are not the right color. Even with tone-ing the sample piece, I couldn't get it to the right color. There should be areal platinum blonde color with yellow tones instead of red.”
“I ordered blonde hair extensions. I was sure I'm gonna keep them and then when I opened them I noticed a big white spot on them. I have contacted Bellami costumer service, they promise to get back to me on next business day. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I sent them 2 emails regarding my problem and didn't receive any replies! “They are ok. Colour was off, ordered the ash blonde it was yellow I had to dye them. On the site it was 260 I believe, the amount in my bank account charged was 400 and THEN, duties was 160 so all together nearly 600$ for okay quality hair definetly not worth it. Wouldn't buy again. Ps I'm in Canada”
“I am so sad!! I was so excited to get my extensions in. When I tried the test strip I wasn't worried about the color being slightly off because I would have just taken them to my colorist. I opened the pack and had them put in when I realized it wasn't enough hair! The quality was amazing I have no complaints about how they were shipped, they are great extensions. But I have EXTREMELY thick hair and these aren't blending because it's not enough!! My stylist said if we were to cut them closer to my length they may be able to work but what's the point of having extensions for an extra inch or two? I'm stuck with 300 dollar extensions I can't use because of the return policy.”
