“I was suggested 2 different colors by 2 different stylists with bellami. I then got color matched in a salon that partners with bellami hair and orders through their site. The color extensions I ended up getting didn’t match my hair color whatsoever. In person, I’d say the color doesn’t look anything like what’s displayed on the website. It was a disappointment considering I spent top dollar for these extensions. The clip ins are alright, don’t seem to grip much even when I tease my hair. It’s very much a disappointment because of the reputation bellami Hair has. I was really looking forward to finally finding some legitimate extensions, and haven’t worn them once. I have tried toning them myself; and them being virgin and real, authentic hair, didn’t take to color well at all which is another big surprise to me. Overall, I wish I had saved my money.”
“I just wanted to start by saying I had some trouble receiving my order since I had it shipped to a P.o. box address, and customer service was amazing. They were quick to answer my calls and were a huge help in locating my package. As far as the actual extensions, I love them too. I emailed them photos of my hair in the sunlight and the colour match is great! They’re easy to put in and take out, but they are fairly heavy. I understand that in order for them to be thick and look natural the extra hair will weigh more, but it does get uncomfortable after a long day. Other than that, my experience has been really good.”
“I’m very disappointed! One of the clips didn’t work and their was a lot, a lot of hair shedding. I have been a loyal customer for so many years and this was my worst experience in all those years. I have bought so many hair clips, I’m very sad to say I will not be purchasing this hair again.”
