“Unable to tell if this hair is synthetic or real and no online article will tell me so. It’s ridiculously shiny, more shiny than an average females head of hair. Which leads me to believe it’s synthetic even though it’s not directly stated anywhere in the ad that it is? Also, I ordered #60 ASH blonde. This hair is urine yellow.

“I am normally very satisfied with Bellami, but this set I got in particular. Magnifica 28 inches, is shedding a disgusting amount. I don't even want to wear them because as soon as I go to move them to the side on my shoulder, a handful comes out. Very disappointed this time, not sure I'd order again.”
“The product is less than satisfactory it is extremely poor. I have gone to School for cosmetology as well as worn hair extensions since 2005. Bellami are the poorest grade quality I have yet to experience. Your package clearly stated once it is opened it voids any chance of a return however you do not know what kind of quality you’re getting unless you try the product. I have attempted deep conditioning treatments as well as taking them to hairdressers to attempt to make them the least bit wear-able. They matt snarl and tangle at the minute you place them in your hair. ONE hour and having them for only a month. I do not need to ship my product back to your inspection team to deem them refundable or defective. I am the customer who has worn them and is telling you they’re defective and poor awful quality that is completely unacceptable. I will gladly return them but I want a refund in full for the hassle. After reading multiple website reviews I am not the only one who has had this same problem. I am expecting a refund in full for a purchase that didn’t deliver what it was promised to do but in fact fell completely short.”
