“I wrote a review and Bellami will not post it. I received extensions that were terrible. The ends were super dry, and brittle. The quality of hair looked as if it was burned, I thought that these would be great since I heard so many great things about them, but they weren't. I am not getting any response from customer service for my Bellami's, no one cares to take care of the issue.”
“I was excited to order Bellami's since I heard from many that they are one of the best. I was disappointed because my hair came in and felt super brittle. I understand blonde hair gets more damaged when they make it, but the ends were brittle as if they were burned, and the quality of hair was terrible! Then, I looked at the ponytail that came as a gift, the clip part was not working. I tried to work with it, but it didn't stay. Both of the hair extensions were not good quality and I expected it would be better.”
“Not impressed by my experience. Was going to have shipped had to email them to even get order submitted. They shipped wrong color. Tools me had to wait and ship back when notified thgem 2 min fro. Their order placement. They fix that only to show up and still aren't color I ordered. I email again and they say they've been repackaged and called a different name. They were greenish colored blonde not platinum I ordered. Had to dye. Treated ultra gently but they're still dry and tangly and cause my hair to matte. Never had this with any quality hair. Not impressed with quality”
“These extensions came in choppy and not at all like my previous extensions from this same company. Highly disappointed. Had to throw them away because their was no fixing it or returning since I opened them.”
“These extensions aren’t 100% remy human hair! They are fake! I tried coloring them and the color didn’t hold I took them to 3 salons and compared to remy human hair clip ins and you can tell it’s a synthetic blend uggghhh waist of $300! Don’t buy them!”
“I have always orders sets from Bellami in the past never had a problem wonderful hair. This time that I ordered my extensions matte up a lot and came a little bit dry. I have shampooed them once and have been feeling rough since and I did use the same shampoo on all the rest in thinking maby I just got a bad set this time.”
