“When I first purchased these extensions they were beautiful, thick and long, exactly what I had wanted. I received these in January, and by April was in desperate need for new ones. The hair extensions that I received were not 100% human hair as was promised. I spent a fortune on these 240 gram 24" Magnifica hair extensions and honestly, I was ripped off. I am extremely upset and aggravated about this. I have never died or bleached them I only gently washed them with toning shampoo, I rarely ever used heat on them, i would gently curly the ends at low heat but no use of hair straightener on the hair. If i went the bed with them in i would put them in a gentle braid to make sure of now damage, and i never went to bed with the hair wet. I went to great lengths to take care of them but they got worse and worse everyday, it got to the point where i would do my hair then go to work which is a 10 minute cab ride and after having them installed for not even close to an hour doing nothing and barely even moving my head they would be in GIANT knots, it was embarrassing!! And if i tried to brush them you could see fistfuls of hair coming out every single time. These were NOT 100% human hair. I have been purchasing extensions for at least 6 years now and never has real REMY human hair ever acted like this. I am absolutely appalled. I am NEVER purchasing BELLAMI hair again. since then I have purchased hair even on AMAZON that was already 99 times better condition and they were actually honest and followed through with their product.”
“For the price and all the hype I thought they would be a lot better, I bought the platinum 240 grams around Christmas time when they had the sale. They are extremely brassy and not true platinum more of a yellow tone, also a lot of the hair was damaged looking and did not look healthy. Now that I have been wearing them a few months only maybe once or twice a week the weft is starting to separate from the clip. Also the hair just constantly get knotted and tangled, and it’s just looks scraggly bc the hair is so broken and damaged, they came out of the box looking like that. But once u open them you are stuck with them. I’m extremely disappointed seeing I paid so much for these”
