“This is my second purchase for my wife who has used your product for six years, the first purchase I made was from the Natalie Paris collection which were the worst extensions my wife has ever received from you. They were shedding more, seemed thin and bare compared to others she has owned in the past. This time we received the hair in a beat up envelope compared to an actual box to hold the Natalie Paris box set. Luckily hair was fine and so far this new hair is thicker and seems like it is constructed better. However won’t know for sure till maybe 6 months in to see how it handles correct cleanings and wear.”

Nervous so I called bellami customer service, the girl on the phone told me that they were on back order, which it never said that when I ordered because I was actually on another website about to order other extensions but they were on backorder, so I decided to get the bellamis instead and was pleased they were in stock, it said low stock but still they were in stock , so I tried telling the girl the whole reason I ordered from there was in fact because they were in stock and I offered to pay for overnight shipping, so guess who had them in stock after all ? Yup once I paid the extra for overnight shipping they got
On my order real quick ... anyway the hair itself is good, I wouldn’t say the best but for the price and hassle I would probably not go with bellamis ever again ...”
“This extensions are garbage, I’ve been wearing extensions for 10 years, and never had a set that wouldn’t take colour when online it states they can be dyed. I had the coloured by a professional hair stylist that travels and does hair shows therefore she knows what she’s doing, and then the extensions would not colour, when trying to get a new set I was given terrible customer service. I had bought these for two events I had coming up and with ther horrible customer service I did not have my extensions for either event. I will never be purchasing from here again when there are so many more companies with much better customer service.”
