“It took extremely long for me to get my product. I live in IL and the extensions come from CA and it took as long as it would have if they had been shipping internationally. Customer service had informed me that it had been placed on the wrong truck and they took it all the way to Ohio which is farther out than IL. I will say, though they couldn’t do anything about the arrival date, they refunded me what I paid for shipping and handling. Once I received the hair, I was absolutely in love. I ordered the Magnifica extensions in butter blonde and they matched my hair perfectly. I have received so many compliments and I adore the 24” extensions. Though pricey, I would say they are worth every dollar. Only thing that I have noticed is that they shed when brushing but that’s all.”
“I have been buying and wearing extensions since I was 14- i am now 24. These are the worst batch of extensions I've used. I give it two stars rather than one because I was at least able to wash and condition them. Other 'seamless' versions will fall apart if you try. So i give it a star for that. But I have had so much difficulty keeping the extensions in a manageable state. They are always frizzy and even seemed completely fried after the first use... very minimal heat products used. I had decent expectations considering the volume of positive feedback influencers seem to give on the 'Bellami' brand. I would be open to trying a different batch to see if the ones I received were a fluke, but considering the price point, I'm unsure if I want to take that risk.”
“I have been wearing hair extensions for 5 years and decided to try a longer set and went with the 24” extensions (the thickest set) the quality of these extensions are very poor. They start out some what thick on the top and go to very thin on the bottom. I’ve tried many companies and this is by far the worst quality for the price. Won’t be purchasing again.”
