“I was super excited to order these because I currently have silver hair. I’m a professional hair stylist and the photos online looked bomb. When they arrived however, they weren’t really silver, more like gray with a GREEN hue to then. They weren’t light like the photos and looked like murky dishwater. Don’t waste your time, just order Platinum blonde and tone them you self!”
“I have been purchasing BELLAMI hair extensions for a long time now and about two months ago I purchased Sterling Silver 24 inch extensions and it is very disappointing to see the quality of the product decrease significantly. While using the same hair tools I have always used I am now seeing strands of hair melt on the curling iron. Unfortunately after absolutely loving BELLAMI I have to start looking for a new place to get my hair extensions.”
“The color is drastically different once you receive it in the mail. I ordered the silver and it came and it was an ashy brown. It’s great that I was able to return it but inconvenient all the same. I ended up ordering from foxy locks and it was a success on the first try. Thanks anyways”
“I was sent a package that had beed opened. The void sticker was showing. When I opened the package the extensions came in I was horrified bc it had been operated & the void sticker was showing.. . They were labled wrong. It was labled one style, weight....along with the color not being right. It was so much darker than I saw on your website along with looking at pictures on Instagram and other social media sites it did not look the same and all I think I was honestly sent hair that someone else had opened. So to cut this short let’s just say I am very unhappy with your company and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. I shipped these back to your company and they were supposed to replace them but that is not happened yet. I am so disappointed with all of this.”
