“Hello. I just wanted to let you know this is my second time purchasing hair through you guys and the first time was very successful i was very happy. However, this second time has not. I’ve had the hair for about 2-3 weeks now and it is all dried out and gets tangled very very easily. I am going to have to dispose of the hair very soon because it’s just a hassle to maintain. Very unhappy with my purchase”
