“Before I have purchased a full weight human hair in which I love it but my recent purchase ponytail human hair was not the same as I expected.
The colour is lighter than the photo advertised also the quality is poor and its breaks and comes out. It does not look a healthy hair.
When I received it, I did call the Customer Service and mention about the colour but they only offer if I purchase another one and they will give me 10 or 15% discount.
They should have discounted on the same purchase because I was between travelling and also they expected me to ship it back and pay for shipping which was inconvenient.”

not take like it usually does like my extensions . So I am not happy but I will purchase the extensions again.”
“In the past I have purchased brunette hair extensions from Bellami over and over- including for my wedding. This is why I was shocked when I purchased these for my birthday and they were terrible quality. They knot constantly, the ends are dry and damaged, I usually just wear it in a pony or it ends up being a giant knotted mess. Am I the only one? Was it a bad dye job?! It’s now been 5 months- they have been terrible from the beginning. I love the lighter color on the end. One thing I wanted to know was someone who had medium hair length of dark hair (no highlights added) if it looked good with these extensions and I really think they look nice... I need new extensions and I don’t know if I reorder these, if I go darker, or if this is just the quality of Bellami hair now since I went years between purchasing my last brunette set and these birds nest extensions.”
