“I have used bellami tape in extensions for years and love the great quality of hair. However, the photo does not match the hair received. I’m not sure why they can’t provide more photos/ link the hair color on their social media posts to their website. I have commented on social media posts, and emailed their support but never got response. This hair doesn’t match the picture, it is a very warm brown with red tones and the dirty blonde begins much further down than it appears in the photo. Great quality hair, but wrong color.”
“I have ordered these same extensions more than 5 times.
I’m sure the pandemic has something to do with it.
But this new set of extensions are not the same quality as they used to be.
Feels like dolll hair and brand new they are looking ragged.”
“The hair quality is the best I’ve had so far! The color was as described and pictured, and the hair itself is strong and took to styling tools great! My only issue was that a couple of my wefts came with a broken clip or unbelievably frizzed hair- Other than that if there was a way to replace two wefts I would repurchase again.”
