“Great quality however the hair is not the color described at all! The base color is actually a very warm brown that gives off more red undertones and is a lot darker then shown in the picture and as described, highly disappointed because my hair is the exact color match to the model is the picture however the extensions don’t match at all as they are a lot darker ! Very disappointed.”
“The quality of the extensions and the colour is absolutely amazing and can't be faulted at all! But when I watched guy gangs latest YouTube tutorial showing his new colours, I expected to get the extensions in the new box and for them to come with the hanger and case which they never... also they aren't thick enough for my hair and my hair is only medium-fine texture! I am a hair artist and know how to apply and blend! I also got a £80 customs charge as I ordered from the uk so £300 down and I can't even wear them without purchasing more to thicken them up :(”
“The extensions are very soft and good quality. Made perfectly don’t look like they’ll break easy...my only issue is the color of brown and blonde were very weird, brown was almost mustardy colored and blonde was kind of greyish. My hair dressser wasn’t able to match my color so I’m unable to wear them.”

“I have been a customer FOR YEARS! I love this hair and how much hair per weft their is...I also love their new one sided tape, but the last 3 sets of hair I have purchased have been lighter (usually get dark brown)...they are so pretty, until I wash them, then you can tell the hair is completely dried from being lightened. The last set I got was just a light brown, but it was so fried, I had to cut them down to 12"...so, now my shoulder-length bob is nice and full, but when you pay that much for long hair...you want long hair”
