“Hi there. I have ordered several sets of extensions from Bellami, and was very disappointed with the last set that I received. They did not come shipped in the correct box (they are Guy Tang, so the box is supposed to be black, mine was pink and said Bellami Ombre on the box), and I also did not receive the brush that is supposed to come included with the hair. I also believe that the color is incorrect. The top part of the Balayage in no way looks like an 8. It looks more like a 4 or 6. I am going to contact customer service with photos to see if there is anything they can do for me.”
