“While the hair is fantastic quality I had to return due to a color mismatch.
I asked for additional assistance in finding a product with specifications before returning (because I have been obsessing over owning bellami and wanted to plan to buy more) but was given a very different suggestion than what I was searching for.
Unless you have a stylist familiar with their color line, matching their balayage is challenging. I returned the product and am awaiting my refund per their return policy timeline.
As a note: I'm a level 7 ash brown per several stylists ( I asked several in an attempt to salvage my treasure). The bellami ash brown has a red /orange cast to it that was no where close to ash. The blonde matched great!”
“If you don't give 5 stars then your review doesn't get posted. I reviewed two other products and gave it two stars because of the insane amount of shedding and it NEVER got posted. Let's see if this one does. BTW the balayage looks like a straight line across it's not blended or melted in @ all.”
