“I was extremely dissapointed. After looking at several online pictures, I got a dark brown that went to bleach blonde unlike what I saw on the internet. It even said ombre on my box, which is exactly what it looked like and nothing like a balayage with gradual color change. It went from dark brown to bleach blonde with no natural change. I had to take it entirely out of the package to see if it would blend once in my hair and hoped maybe the remaining were lighter on top or better blonded - which it didn't and so now I cannot exchange. Because there's such a lack of blonde, if I cut them, it takes all the blonde away and goes straight to brown. It was extremely dissapointing because those two colors would have been perfect. Needless to say because of it, I wold go back to my own brand before buying again since it was such a disappointment and false advertisement from the videos seen above, and also Hollie WDWRD on instagram, who clearly dyed her extensions but didn't state she did, unless I got the wrong box.”

“The hair extensions are beautiful, however one clip was broken in the 4 clip weft which was so disappointing. Bellami's solution was to mail me a new clip. I found this to be a bit disappointing as I'm left with having to remove the old clip and sew a new one on. I paid a lot of money for these extensions as I live in Canada and I hope I don't wreck the extension. I would have expected Bellami to send me a new hair extension and pay to have the damaged one shipped back.”
