“I was so disappointed when I received my clips ins especially after seeing all of the posts on IG. The #60 of the Guy Tang #8/#60 Balayage was an awful color so after getting it glossed several times by a professional, we were able to resolve the color issue. However, I'm not sure if it was the processing of the hair or just the overall quality itself, but it was severely stringy so I had to trim the ends of the 22in although I bought them to have them specifically that long. I reached out to Bellami and the only resolution they had for me was to offer me a discount of $15 off my next purchase as if I will ever purchase another set of clips ins from them.”
