“The hair looked old and strawy after two days and tangles really easily... I decided to wash it with sulfate free shampoo after this thinking it was just dirty and it got even worse like it was synthetic hair ... The color is amazing but really disappointed with the quality of the hair. Feel it was such a waste of my money.”

Called many times never got through and the one time i got connected the lady hang up the phone. You guys are very popular I don't see why you can hire more people to answer the phone”
