“I have not received my order yet. When I placed my original order I was never advised at checkout that my what I was ordering was in back order. Nor did I ever receive an email or any other type of correspondence stating they were on back order. I had to call to find out. I've been calling to get approximate ship dates and every time I call it's pushed back. I asked to receive a promotion to compensate for my long wait because I am of course getting all the emails with promotions and I was told I would have to cancel my order and reorder with a promotion. Which in that case my order would be pushed to the back of the wait list. I think this will be my only order I will ever be making with Bellami. It's just bad business practice.”
