“I ordered my product a month ago and paid $50 for 3-5 day delivery. After three weeks of trying to find out where my product was, my order was cancelled with no communication with the reasoning that I spent too much money, so they cancelled (I bought three styles as I’m a model and wanted variety). Apparently you’re not allowed to spend $800?? When they cancelled three weeks later, the exchange rate also changed so my refund was $50 less than what I paid, they refused to give me back my $50 difference that I was shorted in their very odd cancellation. So I reordered only two this time with only two products again with the extra fee of $50 for 3-5 days delivery. It’s now been two weeks… no sign of my order…. At this point I feel like it’s a total scam!!!! I wish I could say if I actually like the product, but it’s been over a month and they won’t reply to my e-mails and I still have no product….”
“The top is really thick and nice but the ends of the hair are so rough and thin. The color of the hair looks like it was just dipped in a bucket of dye... The color is like a straight line”
“Good clips-hair was pretty thin and damaged. Also had a blunt color change from brown to blonde, looked dipped and much different from the pictures. In my opinion, not worth the money I spent.”
