“This is the second time I've orderd from Bellami and the second time I've been disappointed by your product. The only reason I decided to give Bellami another try is because I follow Guy Tang on Instagram and think he does a wonderful job with color and hoped that his product would be different. On the website the hair looks amazing and I even googled reviews (that now I'm convinced are paid) and everything looked great so I decided to order my own set. When they arrived I noticed immediately that the quality of hair is worse than that of the brand I normally get and the amount of hair per clip is actually quite thin. To get a nice full look I have to wear all the clips in the set, which is heavy for my natural hair and just too much. I prefer more hair per weft so I can wear fewer wefts. But I can deal with this if the hair is good quality (which it isn't) and the color the way it is portrayed on the website and in the Guy Tang videos (which it isn't). That was my biggest disappointment, that the so called Balayage was not Balayage at all! I can definitely see an exact line where the color goes from dark to light. I literally almost cried after spending $300 on a product I would have to replace. Even my hairstylist who matches my hair to my extensions said the same thing. She advised me to contact you guys, but it was not even worth the hassle to me since I already opened them. I am so dissapointed about the ombré Balayage that is supposed to blend naturally and look natural but really there is still and visible line that I tried so hard to avoid. My hairstylist had to thin out the areas whenever the line was visible on this already thin pair of hair extensions. I will not be ordering from Bellami again. The only good thing about the product was the hairbrush I received. Definitely not worth $300 though. Too bad bc I buy extensions every 4-6 months and could have been a regular customer.”
