“The color was way off what it looked like and I was hoping to return them but was told I can't because I took it out of packaging. Not happy at all as I had to purchase another set of extensions while these ones are just laying in their box in my bedroom. Not pleased.”

“The hair is beautiful, it's full, and soft. The balayage however did not match my hair at all, the color was too light. It felt more like an Ombre, note this was my second purchase the first set were to dark. I also recommend that if you have short hair do not buy these because there will be a huge miss match space of color between your actual hair and the extensions.”
