“These extensions use to be SO THICK. I do not believe these are 220g. I use to have to only put two tracks in and now, my hair is longer and I have to put three or four in. Not sure why these are so much thinner than my old pair but had I known, I would've gotten the other new kind you have that offer 240. I'm truly dissapointed with the thickness, especially because I bought these new ones because my others were old and thinning. Unfortunately they are the same thinness as my 2 year old ones now.”
“These extensions are so tangled. From the first night I clipped them in, they started tangling. I have sent multiple emails expressing my concern and all they tell me to do is send more pictures and send more emails. I spent so much money on these quality hair extensions only for them to tangle so awful. I dare not wear them outside or in the wind or else all of the bristles in my brush will break off from trying to brush all of the tangles out.”
“Ordered ash brown and blonde, and the "ash" is orange. lol, good job with the pictures looking nothing like the product and probably wasting everyone's time.”
