“The hair is so thick,soft,and healthy that I don't have to wear all of the extensions for it to look perfect. The only problem is the color. I sent in a picture and they matched me to dirty blonde. I have very light blonde hair with a lot of gold in it. The hair was a dull ash and I had to pay an extra $250 to get it cut and highlighted and they turned a dusty pink color that is still too dark for my hair. I am very disappointed with the color and that they don't have more shades of blonde. However, the quality of hair is so good that I'd still rate a 5 because I wear them and love them even though the color isn't ideal.”
