“Dirty blonde looks really red and dark. More like a strawberry blonde. I contacted customer service, but they never emailed back. The clips also come off very quickly and the shed within 2nd day. Matting starts at about a week with the special brush.”
“These extensions shed a lot. I washed them and air dried them because they had a plastic smell to them. Once dried, I clipped them on and to my surprise, it started smelling like plastic burning as I tried curling them on 350degrees. I look on my curling iron and hair like strands were on the wand and started turning black and started melting!! Yeah, the wefts are thick but I did not pay for hair mixed with plastic. Over priced as well.”
