“I ordered the Boogatti “dirty blonde” extensions and received 3 different packages, all different colors, marketed as “dirty blonde.” I didn’t receive a full refund and I’m in the hole from having to ship them back. Lame.”
“I wore 3 times, and the hair has done nothing but be frizzy, and tangles! Never washed or dye the hair! The customer service is no help! Also the volume weft no clue how to put it on when you do it doesn’t lay flat onto your head. This is is the second time I’ve purchased this hair, I thought by buying the most expensive pack it would be good quality.”
