“This is my 3rd purchase with bellmai and I have to say Im extremely disappointed. I had to wait almost 50 days for my order to be shipped only after I emailed the bellmai team about my order and they told me it would be in the beginning of march. I emailed again and was told my order wouldn't be available until april.I tried cancelling my order and was told I couldn't that i would have to wait to receive it and then send the order back, then I would get my refund. The website said back order when I ordered but 3 weeks later there was nothing showing anything was on back order on the website. I contacted bellami to see if that was true and the confirmed my order was still on back order. At this point I was sick of waiting. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction and surprisingly the very next day I got an email confirmation that my order was being shipped. The email didn't come from bellmami site, it was a conformation from fedex which was questionable to me. Once I received my shipment I took out the test strand and of course the hair didn't match at all and there were dark synthetic fibers/hair blended. This hair didn't hold a curl at all, I can only wear it straight unless i razor it or something but whats the point when you paid 300+ for the grams and length. I will never purchase from bellami again nor will I suggest the hair to my clients or friends.”
“The picture is so misleading I ordered dirty blonde expecting to receive a light blonde color like the pictures displayed instead they send me a brown color with red highlights. How am I supposed to wear that hair now? Such a waste of my money I want my $300 back.”
