“The length and fullness of hair is amazing, but it's really heavy!!! I have a hard time having the hair keep a curl and it pulls on my natural hair. In hindsight I would've opted with one of the lighter options. The nice thing is that you can easily build your way up to the volume you like, I just haven't found the perfect feeling yet.”
“I am not one to leave bad reviews but I have too. I have never had such bad quality of extensions. The ends feel like plastic and the hair clumps and tangles even if you brush them. The ends are soo frayed and I know its not from me because I've worn them maybe 3 times and had my stylist cut 2-3 inches off for blending purposes. For over $300 I expected better. I don't know if I just got a bad set but I've had extensions half the price that were better.”

“I love the wefts and length and thickness of the hair although it felt like to me I was getting ripped of a bit because the big 9 clip weft to me was like only 5 extra clips really taking into account the other 2 clip wefts you find in all other Bellami sets. So I felt as though i was being charged $50-$60 however much more dollars just for 5 more clips. I think it's a rip off honestly. Also the extensions shed like nobodies business. I've ordered previous sets from you on my girlfriends account and they haveshed horribly as well. They were the magnificas is Ash blonde, the Tessa Rosas and the Balayge Guy Tang. From the release of the Lillies and back all the extensions I ordered were perfect with no shedding they also lasted twice as long. They were they belissimas in in Vibrant Red, the Bellisimas on Dark Brown and the Lillies in Dark brown. From the release of the lillies to the present the quality of the extensions have really sucked. They are fabulous for a month (if that) and after that the go to crap. We are cosmetologist and know and understand how to take care of extensions, so I know it's not the way we've been treating them. I would appreciate it if you all would fix the terrible shedding problem. It's quite upsetting every time you brush your extensions you get a full brush head of hair.”
“Matted hair, I got the hair terrible condition hair and no reply to many calls . The hair sheds allot I am sitting at my desk and when I get up to move things at the office I leave a trail of hair !!! I'm worse than a sheading cat!! And I don't even have a cat !! Please improve your hair quality , I dislike the feeling of bad custermer service and products that pay YouTube people to lie or send "good patches" of hair not fair I really was excited . You have lost a custermer and I will ensure EVERYONE around me knows how bad this hair and company is . I would not even give it a star but that's the les I could give it.... So disappointed :(”
