“This is my first time ordering from bellami. I ordered the 22" boo-gatti set in ash blonde and a wrap pony tail. I placed the order a month ago and was told that the order would ship Nov 20. It has now been a month, my order hasn't even shipped. The customer service is poor, I have sent multiple emails asking where my shipment is and what the hold up is, only to have my questions ignored and brushed off. I continuously try to contact the toll free number, and when I call, it says it is not in service. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. :(”
“They still have not been sent, why are you asking me to rate them when your website said when I ordered them they would be sent on Nov 9th then next email says 20th now I'm told oh!! Not sure.. You offered a $5 which is insulting when I paid over $500 Australian dollars”
“They don't stay in your head. It's embarrassing when you're out in public and you run you're finger through your hair and the whole weft falls out. I've worn extensions for 8 years now and I've used several different brands and these ones are awful. Obviously your extensions will shed because they're dead hair however, the quality of this hair is poor and it often is frizzy and looks damaged. I tried to contact bellami, I personally feel like they didn't care about my feelings or the product they sold me. They were false advertising because the hair I received was not wearable, it wouldn't even stay in my head!”
“I payed 500$ almost for my purchase and never even received it This may be an amazing product but I wouldn't know because I never even recieved it! Will never purchase from you again! Worst service ever! I suggest you guys treat you Canadian customers a lot better next time!”
