“I got my ash blonde boo-gatti in the mail a few days ago and oh my goodness they are SO thick!!! I have a short blunt cut so I had to add layers so they could blend and I was afraid that I'd have to add so many layers they'd be super thin but they're still so full!!! (And I hella cut layers) they weren't exactly the same color as my hair but I expected that, I added wella T28, T18 and blond brilliance dusty rose to customize it. I'm in love, the clips are amazing, I love the lace they use between each weft of hair... I love them I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to be/feel "extra".”
“I was supposed to get these extensions. They never came. After three weeks and several customer service reps later still nothing. They told me time after time that they were coming or that they April's partially refund me- neither happened. Waste of money and customer service is a joke.”
“I've purchased Bellami hair before, my first experience was amazing, I still have them to this day and its been 4 years. I've put those things through all kinds of craziness. So to me Bellami was an amazing brand to purchase and so i bought my second set of extensions. I notice the difference as soon as i held the extensions in my hands, I noticed the hair was falling out, and i thought okay maybe this is normal because the hair is new no big deal. When I say I'm scared to brush these things i meant it. Maybe i just got a bad batch or something but the hair wont stop falling out, even when I run my fingers through it. my clothes are covered in hair by the end of the day. I take care of them as much as i can ( I did pay a pretty penny for them). But it is very disappointing to receive low quality product :(”
“Hair was great, did not she'd like other people say. Howedecer it can be easily tangled if you don't take care of it like your real hair. It doesn't hold the curl well maybe I need to wash it first.
Keep in mind that the gold box isn't as big and sturdy as it looks on website.
My biggest concern is what was promised. I never got my gold brush. I got a silver brush. The hanger didn't even fit (without the extensions in) in the carrier. They sent me a new career it didn't fit either, I had to literally tear it a bit to make it work. The length of the hair was too long in both gold and white carrier. What were they thinking when made these carriers? Did they not measure to make sure? But I have not had any problem with the hair yet. It seems great but I do take extremely good care of it.”
