“The gold box my hair came in was damaged and scratched noticeably. Marked all around. the bag that the hair is kept safe in was ripped along the sides in 3 different places. The other bag where u can store the hair on the hanger was ripped completely no one side.
The hAir itself was knotted when I opened it and unlike any other hair extensions that I’ve owned and the most costly I might add, the hair shrivelled at the touch of heat or a curling wand, the hair stuck on to the metal plates of my straightener and when I took the hair to my hair dresser she said there is defiantly synthetic hair mixed in. This is a $500 + set of hair everything should be exceptional when your selling it as a luxury item and this was the complete opposite. When I rang customer service all I got was sorry you opened up the hair already and nothing can be done due to the policy about a refund. This is a brand that more and more people are finding out to complete crap because of the quality of the hair. I will never buy from Bellami again.”
