“I admit this hair is beautiful. Soft silky and full of luster straight out of the box and when you brush them but as soon as you install them they tangle so bad it looks like a rats nest And then the hair sheds so bad from trying to brush the tangles out. The brush is horrible I have better luck with my wet brush. The hanger is cheap. It broke the same day i had it. Not worth the money they charge. I have bought bundles for half the price that do the same thing. This is not luxury hair. The first shipment I had to ship back because the box was crushed and the tester was flawed which made me scared to open the rest. That shipment took 3 weeks when it is supposed to take a week. So imagine how angry I was when I had to ship them back and wait another 3 or 4 days. Customer service acted as if it was no big deal that I had to wait almost 1 month after I purchased to wear my hair only to find out it's not up to the hype. I alsohad 2 flawed wefts and pretty much told me too bad u already had a replacement. Well its not my fault your hair is poor quality. If I am going to pay 320 for hair I expect it to be in perfect condition. Disappointed.”
“color match perfect and they don’t get tangle so easy and if they do just brush them before taking them off and it won’t be a mess but overall they are really good i have coarse hair and really volumois and they look really natural on me ,the thicknes in this extensions is incredible , 100% recommend totally worth it”
