“I've been wearing extensions for more than 11 years; from wigs, bundles, sew ins, to clip ins and I've never had hair that matted and tangled like this brand. I thought I would give my hair a break from sew-ins and get some clip-ins. After watching so many people talk about how these extensions are the best, I gave it a try. I don't know if its because these promoters are just promoting for money or they really don't know what they're talking about, but this is by far the worst hair. I cannot even run my hands through this hair or go a few hours without it matting up. Customer care was awesome, that is the only reason this company is getting a star from me.”
“I've ordered from bellami numerous times... i love the products, however this time I was a little disappointed. I'm not sure if the product has been changed, but the boogati set wasn't quite as full as the last time I ordered it, and it tangled very quickly. I've been doing hair for a very long time so I know how to properly handle extensions, weaves, synthetic hair, etc. but I am sad to say I'm not as happy as last oreder.”
