“I liked the hair but i had multiple issues with my order. First and foremost I will continue to buy Bellami because they have always been great but IDK what happened with the Boo-gati order.
Issues:
1. The hanger did not even fit in the holder they were completely wrong sizes. The hanger was to big and almost ripped the carrying bag.
2. No Detangler.
3. Even with the clips, I weighed the hair and it was under.
4. Products don't match. Do not expect to receive everything gold everything is different colors. They should specify that in their descriptions.”
“Worst investment I have ever done ! Extensions are full of grey hairs and they don't care about getting them dyed . Bellami has a no return policy if extensions are open which is a clear target for the customer to get jacked from defective extensions .
It's funny how you contact customer service and no one answers the phone . Then you contact them by email and they say no returns since they were open but we can give you a ten dollar credit ( how is that going to help fix the extensions !?) I paid over 350.00 and sent them back , I'm not taking a 10.00 credit for defective extensions!”
“LOVED THE TEXTURE OF THE HAIR. I DIDN'T KEEP IT ONLY BECAUSE NON OF THE HAIR COLORS HAD MY EXACT NATURAL HAIR COLOR AND I WASNT WILLING TO PLAY WITH DYING THE WEAVE OR MY HAIR COLOR.
