“Although I really liked my Bellami extensions, I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again.
At the end of November I ordered a set of Jet Black Boogatti extensions, with this I was given a complimentary "FAUX wrap ponytail".
The order arrived and it was missing the ponytail (mind you, I had waited to order the $360 extensions until I saw a deal that I really liked aka. the ponytail). I got in touch with a Bellami support representative who told me that the ponytail was out of stock and would be sent when they had more (wasn't very nice about it at all). 2 months later, I totally forgot about the ponytail when I got an email saying that it was on its way. I got excited until it came and it was the total WRONG colour. So I waited 2 months for the ponytail and when it finally came it wasn't even the colour I ordered (ordered jet black, received blonde). Again, I got in touch with another representative who told me that I could send it back and wait to receive another one (which was again, out of stock at the time), she also said she would send a return sticker so I wouldn't have to pay to exchange and ship the pony.
Soon after I receive an email stating that because it was an international order - Canada - they wouldn't actually be able to send me the sticker and I'd have to pay for the return and then get reimbursed when the hair arrived in LA. Having had such a bad experience with them, time wise and support wise, I decided to not send the hair and give up on this entire ordeal.
Again, the hair is good in comparison to other brands (not the best, but good.) but their customer service and support is AWFUL!!! I waited 3 months all in all to receive my full order and it was WRONG! Super disappointing, tedious and inconvenient.”
“The hair is alright so far out of the packaging and it is very thick which is great. But for $300 I would think that the carrier case would be better quality, mine has already ripped because the hanger wouldn't fit in it, it was too wide. Also, my package was missing the detangling brush. I'm sorry I thought I ordered from Bellami, not AliExpress. Pretty annoyed. And this is my first experience with Bellami.”
