“The hair is amazing and I absolutely love it. The only thing that sucks is I got a broken hanger. I still use the bag but I don’t hang them because the hair doesn’t fit in the hanger it slides out.”

“Unfortunately, I was originally sent a faulty set with thin wefts. After 2 weeks I received my new set from Bellami and I was very happy that the return wasn't a terrible experience. After I sent the original set back, I was told that a manager would hand-pick my new set. However, this new set has faulty clips; some of them won't clip to my hair at all and now I am going to have to buy new clips to sew on to these extensions. I have never had a problem like that before so I was very surprised that a "manager-picked" set would have this issue. And, unfortunately, I don't have another 2 weeks to get a new pair. I don't think it's okay to have a customer pay almost $400 for a set that isn't at it's best :(”
