“For the price I definitely feel there's room for improvement. #1 the clips are not strong enough to support all that hair. #2 I wish they weren't so long. I'm sure 95% of people must cut a few inches off. I wish you guys had options for length. I do feel the hair quality is decent, I'm just disappointed in the clips and length of hair. Really sad to have to cut off 3 to 4 inches. I don't think what you charge is equivalent to the quality of extensions.”
“5 minutes after ordering costumer service was contacted because I had order the wrong size accidently. I felt it was poor costumer service that they couldn't fix it and I had to pay to ship there AND back. I commented in instagram and got blocked. Hair is soft. Ponny looks good. Bangs looks weird. Hair tangles up a lot while wearing.”
