“You think when you pay upwards of $300 you’re getting the real deal... NOPE! At first I loved the volume and quality of these extensions, that is until I decided to add curls using my curling iron at 300 degrees. Imagine my surprise when the hair started melting onto my curling iron like plastic!!!! This is the same tool and temperature I use on my other wigs, clip ins , and even my real hair and that has only happened to me with cheap hair. I’m appalled that a company would charge so much for plastic blend hair. I fell for the “great review$”! I will never buy anything from Bellami again. What a shame.”
“This was an absolute nightmare! I did a lot of research before making this purchase. This was suppose to be a birthday present to myself so I purchased the Boogatti in 1B 22’ 340g and also the side swept clip in bang so I spent a lot of money on this hair. The delivery was okay but when I got the hair the color was waaayyyy off! I purchase 1B hair all the time and this my friend was NO WAY 1B hair it was way more brown with brown highlights. So I never tried the hair only the sample because I wanted to get my money back. So I immediately tried to call customer service which was a joke because no one ever answered, so I sent an email explaining that the color was off and wanted a full refund including the shipping and a return label since it absolutely was not my fault that they sent me some hair where the color was wrong. After waiting days for a response, to my disbelief they refused to refund my shipping and also refused a return label! So I was out about $50 or so bucks for shipping with no product to show for it!!! The hair itself very pretty but definitely not worth the money! The hair was not thick at all for it to be 340g I was expecting way more clip in or thicker hair for how expensive this product is nevertheless I was totally disappointed and now I’m out of over $50 due to the poor customer service and terrible product! I would NEVER buy anything from this company and I am still waiting for my refund which by the way can take almost two weeks to get back! Buyer BEWARE!!!!”
