“I love Bellami I've been wearing them for 5 years. I'm typically a Magnifica or khaleesi person, however, this time I was ready for something little extra! The hair is CRAZY THICK and I can't fit all the pieces in my head which is awesome! The issue I have is that I feel like the set I received is faulty or a dud...... Bellami has always been phenomenal quailty that's why I stuck with them for five years. I always get the color 1B, But the hair that I received was very off and very brown from other 1B's I've had. In addition the shedding is terrible, And my wefts are thin and bare, there are white, red,and green plastic hard long pieces of "hair" in the wefts, The hair won't hold a curl, and the hair quality feels different (not good), when I brush the hair with the hairbrush that comes with the set you can hear the hair breaking off!!! I purchased these over my spring break At home, when I returned to my university I tried contacting the company but I haven't heard anything back…… I've only worn the hair 10 times and it looks like I worn them for 6 monthes. I feel like I received a bad set because this doesn't make sense with my previous phenomenal experiences I have. Hopefilly someone from customer service sees this.”
