I am from Czech Republic, I ordered this Bellami Boogatti hair because I was so suprised and excited of videos on youtube of the rewievs, but when I got my Bellami Boogatti hair extensions I was just dissapointed. I used this hair for 3 times, I styled them 2 times with termal tool, I washed them 2 times and also I tried one time to dyed them because the Dark brown is a little bit more darker than my hair are and I have to say that the color just gone, disappear. Doesn't work to change the color for this hair extensions.
After first time I wear this hair they changed the quality of hair, they were already messy, not soft anymore, they smell like syntetic hair!!! How is that possible? They start to be more thick after using them and make the effect of syntetic hair. They are also heavy. So I am pretty sure that this hair are not 100% real remy human hair! This is just a good quality of syntetic hair and maybe with a little bit of human hair but just a very very little bit. Mostly this hair are syntetic, I can see that in the hair. Human hair not so heavy and not so very thin but syntetic hair very thick and heavy, looks absolutely different than my real hair, they can't be real human hair. I had human hair before. I will never order Bellami hair again from this company EVER!
Paid 319.99 dollar for syntetic hair is too much money!!! And this company is just a liars!”
“The reason i say a 3 is because the clips are too small and dont hold to much with the weight of the hair. The hair sheds a bit and I been using the brush that came with the Boogati. Its definalty alot of hair but the price is to expensive for not the best quality of hair that Bellami claims on this set.”

I writing to express my great dissatisfaction with my new hair extensions from Bellami. I got the Boo Gatti style in dark brown (Order number: BH#245817).
I ordered my extensions about two weeks ago and I received mine on time (I had no problem with delivery).
I opened the Tester weft and it matched my hair colour. I put the set aside because I had keratin bonded extensions in my hair. Today I removed the bonded extentions and I was very excited to wear my new Bellami “thick" extensions.
I was very disappointed with my extensions because: (all pictures are attached)
a) all the wefts were not thick from top to bottom. I found them to be thin towards the ends kind of streaky. And when I put them in my hair they don’t look full! I was very disappointed because I purchased these extensions mainly for thickness.
b) when I brush the wefts with the Bellami brush they shed.
c) also, one of the clips on the three-clip wefts is very weak and it doesn’t make a sound when it closes. Plus, it barely holds my hair.
I spent so much money on my Bellami extensions however I am not satisfied with the quality of the hair. I had a bad experience with your hair extensions.
I sent this message to customer service, they replied in a fee days asking me to RETURN the extensions for INSPECTION. I cannot send them back because I cannot stay with no extensions.. plus I don’t want to pay for shipping and taxes. I already paid a lot of money on these extensions..

“This is my fifth set of Boogatti extensions and the hair comes super soft, thick from weft to ends, and is very strong. It does take a wash and some work to get them to hold styling initially, that’s normal with new weave ...however the quality of these seems to be decreasing over time, which sucks because I really love the set. The clips are weak and won’t stay clipped, the clips are poorly sewn on, and I keep finding red thread hanging in the length of the hair that I have to cut out. Hopefully Bellami fixes the issues because these are expensive for such easy to fix problems...and because in six months I’m going to need a new set and I don’t want to find a new brand. If you’re considering this set though, the hair is truly great (huge) and it’s hard to find anything else like it. If your clips suck, it’s a pretty easy fix, just annoying as heck. They also come in a great storage box, with hanger and zipper bag, and a free brush.”
