“The day I received my hair I opened the package and the 120weft had a clip that was falling out. I emailed you guys the same night and I got No response. I also had left over threading hanging down into the hair. It just looks very sloppy job from you guys. I would love my money back, I have gone and told that you guys are not professional at all. I work in retail for a Italian company and servicing the customer should always be your first priority. Hope to hear from someone fast or you will hear from my lawyer.”
“I was very excited to surprise my girlfriend with this. It was a different color than we expected, and one of the wefts broke within the first week of normal wear. Also, the hanger that came with it broke the first day. All around cheap design and we are very disappointed.”
