I haven't had a response from bellami. I've emailed several times. They just don't care. Buy ur extensions elsewhere, Luxury for princesses extensions are from Netherlands but they ship quick and their beautiful as well. Recommend them highly check them out!”
“I love these extensions, in fact it's TOO much hair! The reason I'm not giving 4 or 5 stars is that when I washed them for the first time they lost ALOT of that beautiful rich dark brown color and now look more like a medium reddish brown. I'm having them custom dyed so it doesn't bother me THAT much but paying that amount for hair extensions I would expect the color to stay longer than one wash.”
