“The extensions in the boo-gatti set are good quality. However the wrap ponytail is a completely different color (even though it is the same color as the boo-gatti extensions I ordered) when I contacted customer service about the issue I was not happy with the response. After paying over $300 for my products no one would compensate the 3 shipping costs I would incur to exchange the product. I decided to dye my hair to match the extensions Rather than incur the over $40 in shipping fees to receive the same products in the correct colors. I am very disappointed with the company's response to my issue after investing so much into their product. I will not recommend the site to friends asking about the products as I feel
