“I was expecting this to be amazing! I ordered one day shipping (which was around $60 dollars), it arrived in a week. I called the customer service, they said it takes about a week (then I wonder why the one say shipping is available? Plus I got no refund on that one day shipping). Okay, the extensions came in. Awesome? NO. They shed like crazy! And the clips don't even hold for that long. Now what I see on instagram, these extensions are the most expensive and the quality is supposed to be what you are paying for. I honestly love Bellami, and I will always support them, but the extensions I got were far from the video tutorials! I tried curling it: NOPE. It wouldn't stay for 30 minutes though I only use top brands for haircare. The hair tangles at all times and I have to brush it at least 4 times throughout the day for it to stay in place. I honestly did not want to write a bad review, but I was very disappointed because I was so excited for a product that did not meet my expectations. Maybe I got unlucky on this one because I swear this brand only makes good extensions! I'm just sad that my first experience with them was very poor. Sorry ladies.”
