“The only thing I received from Bellami was an email saying that Fedex bounced my order back to your faculty due my package being “unclaimed”. According to my tracking information, my order wasn’t expected to arrive until June 10, but yet I was told my package had been unclaimed like a whole week or two before. I had placed my order a month before all this and I was patient for it to arrive but it never came. Then I was asked if I wanted my order to be “reshipped” but the extensions I wanted was now on back order and shipment wouldn’t come until another 3 weeks and AFTER that my order could be reshipped. If my order was back at your facility and if I had chosen to have it resent, why would my extensions not be available? This was my first experience and unfortunately it wasn’t a good one.”
“The extensions smelled awful when I first removed them from the bag. I hate to sound disgusting but they smelled badly. I had to wash them immediately with special extension shampoo and they faded on the first wash. I saw hair color going down the drain. I work hard for my money and I'm disappointed.”

This is my second time buying hair from Bellami, my first extensions lived a long and happy life, I used to dye my hair a lot, they were purple toned, red toned, black you name it and they lasted the beating for 3.5 years, so imagine where you don't do anything to them how long they will last! I'm not longer dying my hair and these babies are in for the long haul! Beautiful!”
